Bob Starks is originally from Detroit, MI aka Motor City USA. He has lived on the East Coast, the Midwest and eventually made his way to the West Coast. Bob graduated from the University of Denver with a Real Estate and Construction Management degree. Also, Bob earned an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management.

Bob has a diverse background as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a major automobile manufacturer and dealer operator of several automobile franchises for over 30+ years.

Bob began his real estate career as a Residential Redeveloper by purchasing distressed properties and rehabbing them back to life. Whether it is a first-time buyer or a last-time buyer or an investor; Bob's reputation is to provide you with an honest, ethical, and trustworthy experience.

Bob and his family relocated from Northern California to the St George area in 2018 to take advantage of the incredible outdoor activities. Together they enjoy the awesome hiking, biking, skiing, and golf(14+ courses) available in Southern Utah.
